Games
A games night about the bride, groom or birthday person, played on everyone's phone.
- A quiz with photos friends send in
- Mr & Mrs, with the partner's answers
- Secret missions and a photo hunt
- Awards night, shown on the house TV
Send one invite. Agree the dates, see everyone's share, keep the surprises and collect the money, without running it all through the group chat.
Works in any phone browser. The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.

How it works
1. Invite
Everyone opens the invite on their phone and sees the dates, who's going and their own share. They reply in one tap.

2. Agree the dates
Everyone says yes, maybe or no to each weekend. The best one rises to the top and the organiser sets it in one tap.

3. Decide together
Run votes on the house, the activities and the night out. Ask what people can spend, privately, so nobody is put on the spot.

4. Plan in secret
A private space for everyone except the bride, groom or birthday person. Surprises, votes and ideas stay hidden from them.

5. Reveal
Lock any part of the trip until a time you choose, or reveal one surprise a day in the final week.

6. The plan
Times, places, directions and costs for each day. People opt in to the parts they want, and the cost follows.

7. The weekend
A boarding pass for the trip, everyone's arrival times and the plan for today, in each person's pocket.

The money
Tom sees what he owes, what he's sent, when the rest is due and the full cost of the weekend before he committed.

Sophie sees what's still to collect, who has paid, who is late and what she's paid out herself. One tap confirms a payment.

Extras
Four extras the organiser can switch on when setting up the trip, or any time after.

A games night about the bride, groom or birthday person, played on everyone's phone.

Everything the group keeps afterwards, including the people who couldn't make it.

Sorted does the chasing, so you don't have to.

Plan it with up to two friends instead of doing it all yourself.
Pricing
Set by the size of the group. The organiser pays once, or splits it across everyone.

Yes. Plan items, votes, ideas and photos can be kept from the guest of honour, and they do not see them anywhere in the app or in notifications. Everyone else also gets a secret planning space for notes and messages, which the guest of honour never sees.
The organiser chooses what happens to their share: someone takes their place, it is split across the others to the penny, or the organiser covers it.
Yes. With "Split with the group" turned on, the trip price is added to everyone's share like any other booking. For 12 people on a trip for up to 12 that is £1.24 or £1.25 each. Each extra can be split the same way.
